Pegaso

The Pegaso pulled into Singapore the end of May after an epic 23.000 mile journey in 11 months with 202 days spent at sea.

During our voyage we visited some of the yachting centers of the world in the Mediterranean and also numerous out of the way places in Asia. The most memorable part of the voyage was definitely in Asia and I would like to take this opportunity and thank you and your staff for the great services provided during our stay in Thailand and for all your help in making our trip to Burma possible; not only making it possibly but also an enjoyable stress free trip for both the owner and his guests and the crew.

It was a great pleasure working with professionals that know what they are doing and are going out of their way to make things happen for us at times difficult clients. I am looking forward to working with you again in the future. Thanks again and keep up the good work.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Gareth Twist and his team at Yacht Solutions for their assistance during our stay in Thailand.

I was the Captain of ‘Lady K’ a privately owned world cruising yacht that my wife and I joined in Phuket, Thailand in January 2004. Because of our tight cruising schedule and the language and cultural barriers, we secured the services of Yacht Solutions, based in Phuket. We were extremely happy with the services provided by Gareth and his team. They helped us with procuring parts and publications, provisioning and organized various professional tradesmen for work on the boat.

They arranged visas to the Andaman Islands as well as valuable advice concerning cruising in that area. They also helped immensely with the clearing in and out process, and the associated bureaucracy.

We found Gareth and his team extremely professional, friendly and organized. No request was too big or too small. We would highly recommend Yacht Solutions and would not hesitate to use their services again.

Gareth I have known you for many years and watched Yacht Solutions develop. We have raced together in the Kings Cup and explored the Andaman Islands. I was very impressed with the management role you played for Stormvogel while she was in the Boat Lagoon, overseeing the crew and ensuring all the work went well.

It was easy to live in Europe and keep in contact with your team, knowing a professional company was involved. Your role in sending Stormvogel to Myanmar and the Andaman islands made our life very easy and we appreciate it.
